The QM Series is the perfect solution for housing modular terminal blocks. Made from satin-finish EN 1.4307 stainless steel (Type 304L) and protected against accidental scratches by a PVC film, the enclosure’s structure is precisely bent to create a “labyrinth seal” between the shell and the door, therefore guaranteeing effective protection.
The door features shatterproof 3+3 mm laminated glass, which combines safety and long-term durability. The central chrome-plated lock with a Ø3 double-bit insert guarantees precise and secure locking. The stainless steel internal hinges open 120° and comply with standard CEI EN 60204-1, while the expanded polyurethane sealing gasket guarantees flawless protection against dust and moisture.
The internal plate made from hot-dip galvanized sheet metal is pre-drilled for mounting DIN rails, making assembly quick and easy. The modular panels are fastened onto pre-drilled side uprights, while the back is fitted with 4 M6 inserts for wall mounting, offering a handy installation solution.
