Our QLSE enclosures are made from satin-finish stainless steel (EN 1.4307 – Type 304L or EN 1.4404 –Type 316L), with a “scotch brite” external finish that adds durability and a stylish look.
The special feature behind this enclosure’s design is the 30° inclined top, designed to prevent and limit the build-up of dirt and to make it easier to clean and drain off liquids. The solid door, which can support a maximum load of 12 kg, can be switched with a shatterproof glass version upon request.
The double-bit locks and the option of choosing a “Hygienic Design” lock offer advanced security and the ultimate level in cleanliness, while the stainless steel internal hinges, which open 120° in line with standard CEI EN 60204-1, guarantee tamper-proof protection and optimum functionality.
The polyurethane gasket, attached using a robotic system that guarantees complete repeatability, ensures a perfect seal (IP66). The interior is fitted with an EN 10142 galvanized metal plate, which can be fastened to the bottom of the enclosure using special M8 threaded bolts. These bolts have a dual purpose, allowing solid fastening of the enclosure to a skid or wall using appropriate brackets (SP025).
