Made from Scotch Brite satin-finish stainless steel (EN 1.4307 Type 304L or EN 1.4404 Type 316L), this cabinet is designed to withstand environments at high risk of explosion. Made from a single sheet of metal with folded contoured edges, the structure features a solid door with double-bit locks and stainless steel hinges, ensuring it can open 120° in line with CEI EN 60204-1 regulations.
The sealing gasket, available in expanded polyurethane or expanded silicone, ensures an IP66 protection rating, making the cabinet dust and water-resistant. It can support a maximum load of 12 kg on the door and includes an internal galvanized sheet metal plate, fastened with M8 threaded bolts. The grounding provision complies with existing regulations.
This cabinet operates within a temperature range from -20°C to +60°C (with a polyurethane gasket) or from -40°C to +180°C (with a silicone gasket). It is also certified for zones 1, 2, 21 and 22, ensuring it is reliable in high-safety industrial environments.
