This enclosure is made from satin-finish stainless steel (EN 1.4307 – Type 304L or EN 1.4404 – Type 316L), with a “scotch brite” external finish that makes it resistant to aggressive and oxidizing agents, easier to clean and gives it a stylish look.
The structure is crafted from a single metal sheet, with contoured edges bent multiple times that make it stronger. The solid door is fitted with double-bit locks and stainless steel internal hinges, which allow it to open 120° in line with standard CEI EN 60204-1. The door can support a weight of up to 12 kg, while still guaranteeing stability and security.
For perfect protection, this enclosure has an expanded polyurethane gasket and a hot-dip galvanized metal internal plate (EN 10142), which can be fastened to the bottom of the enclosure using special M8 threaded bolts. These bolts have the dual purpose of also allowing the entire enclosure to be fastened to a skid or wall using appropriate brackets. The entire enclosure features a grounding provision, in line with current regulations.
Featuring an IP66 protection rating for the single-door version and an IP65 rating for the one with two doors, this enclosure offers excellent resistance to dust and water.
