Our Hygienic Design push-button boards are designed to guarantee the highest hygiene and sanitary standards, making them perfect for the food, dairy and pharmaceutical industries as well as any environments that require strict compliance with safety regulations.
Made from satin-finish EN 1.4307 stainless steel (Type 316L), they offer a smooth surface that is easy to sanitize. Our welding technology preserves the steel’s chemical composition, preventing oxidation and any possible future corrosion.
The cover is fastened with captive screws and protected by an FDA approved, molded blue silicone gasket. The back also features threaded inserts for attaching the board to skids or nearby walls with special hygienic brackets. For special fastenings, the inserts can be closed with dedicated blue plugs supplied as a kit to guarantee the highest levels of hygiene.
Featuring IP66 and IP69K protection ratings, our push-button boards are dust and water-resistant, while they also come with a grounding provision to comply with regulations.
The PEH Series has holes for standardized ø22.5 push-button boards and M6 stainless steel studs for attaching plates or other accessories inside. The internal plate, available upon request, is made from hot-dip galvanized material.
