Our DS junction boxes are made from EN 1.4307 stainless steel (type 304L), but we also offer an EN 1.4404 version (type 316L), with an external satin finish. The cover is fastened with special captive M5 screws, ensuring it is securely tightened and preserving the integrity of the gasket. The silicone foam gasket offers an optimum IP66-69K watertight seal, complying with standard CEI EN 60529.
A hot-dip galvanized material internal plate is available upon request and mounted using internal studs. The back also features threaded inserts for attaching the box to skids or nearby walls with special brackets. Our DS junction boxes also comply with CEI 64-2 and CEI 31-1 standards for Ex-p applications.
